Newly organized sewing supplies on a dining room table. On the right are three stacked transparent plastic storage containers of thread; the bottom container is for reds, pinks, and purples, the middle one for blues and greens, and the top is for black, white, yellows, beiges and greys. To the left of the thread containers is a stack of four hardcover books, the topmost of which is the Reader's Digest Complete Guide to Sewing. To the left of the books sit three larger plastic bins.

The day didn’t go as I’d planned, but at least I’ve organized many baskets and tote bags of sewing supplies into handy stackable containers.
